So precious!

Its never too late to get married. I stole these pics off sister's blog, because I wasn't able to be there.

Love is in the air...

My 93 1/2 year old Grandpa got married yesterday. Isn't that great?!

My New Favorite...

Told ya I'm a copier.

Yesterday I saw a bookshelf on Martha's website and knew that I needed one.
Click this for the link

D and I revamped it, made our own measurements, went to the lumber yard this morning, and whipped this simple project up in no time!

D is quite the carpenter in the making! I love crafts...but we are not much for DIY projects like this. I think for our first time it turned out well! It also adds a nice splash of color in the baby's room.

Thanks, Martha.

Sneak Peek

Not quite ready...but here is a peek at the baby's room! (one month today!!)

*EDIT* - Since you asked...my wonderful parents got the crib through my dad's store (he owns furniture stores). Here is a link to the company he ordered it from.

So Spoiled.

I was going to wait and do one gigantic baby shower post, but I decided this needs it's own!

My awesome friends in Rexburg threw me a baby shower. Is that not the sweetest thing?! I don't even live there anymore. It was so fun to see everyone that is still around, and so kind for people to still love me even after I've been gone for 6 months. I took the cutest picture of everything I got (kinda like at Christmas), then put it all away, organized in her room, then realized I didn't have a memory card in the camera - lovely.

Thanks Nicole & Kelsey, I couldn't ask for better friends.

Thanks everyone who came, I had such a blast - it was great to see you all!! It seemed like nearly everyone there was pregnant (or just had a baby!) - I had forgotten how fun all the babies are - and all the meals I got to cook, cuz there was a baby born every week in the ward! I certainly feel more prepared to have this little babe. Just about 5 weeks...seems like forever, but I am sure it will fly.

More crafts!

I wouldn't consider myself "inventive" when it comes to crafts - but I do like to copy and revamp what I see!! I rarely use a pattern or instructions verbatim (sometimes to my chagrin).

This blog is one of my favorites for easy-to-make, revampable "stuff". www.makeitandloveit.blogspot.com

I got the idea for these - Diaper bag diaper & wipes case (travel size!) - and did my own thing with them. http://makeitandloveit.blogspot.com/2009/03/diaperwipes-case.html

Also, the project below (bow/clip storage) was triggered by one of her projects.
